Seasons of Home Membership Terms & Conditions

By enrolling in the Hot Threadz Seasons of Home membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership

The Hot Threadz Seasons of Home membership is an ongoing subscription that delivers a coordinated set of seasonally embellished home accents approximately every two (2) months.

Members may choose either:

Kitchen Collection:

1 potholder
1 Oven Mitt
1 towel

Bath Collection:

2 Hand towels
1 Wash cloth

Selections and product offerings may vary throughout the year.

Billing

Your payment method will be automatically charged $29.95, plus applicable shipping and handling, approximately every two (2) months until your membership is cancelled.

Sales tax will be added where required by law.

Shipping

Membership shipments are available only to addresses within the United States.

Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be calculated at the time each shipment is processed.

Product Selection

When multiple seasonal designs or options are available, members will receive an email notification prior to shipment with instructions for making their selection.

If a selection is not received by the stated deadline, Hot Threadz reserves the right to ship a design or color selected on the member's behalf to avoid delaying the shipment.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To avoid being charged for the next shipment, cancellations must be received before your next scheduled billing date. Once an order has been processed or shipped, that shipment cannot be cancelled.

There are no cancellation fees or long-term commitments.

Payment Authorization

By joining the membership, you authorize Hot Threadz to charge the payment method you provide for each recurring shipment until you cancel your membership.

If a payment cannot be processed, shipment may be delayed or cancelled until payment information is updated.

Returns

Because many Hot Threadz items are seasonally embellished or produced in limited quantities, all membership shipments are considered final sale unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Changes to the Membership

Hot Threadz reserves the right to make changes to product offerings, designs, shipping schedules, pricing, or these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any material changes in advance whenever practical.

No Commitment! Cancel anytime. Your card is charged only when your seasonal shipment is prepared, approximately every two months. We'll even email you ahead of time whenever there's a design choice to make.
